The Cardinal Building

Office Space for Rent – Long Island City, Queens

In 2001, the Pepsi-Cola plant in Long Island City shut their doors but left their infamous sign preserved for future generations to see. The sign represents much more to Long Island City and its residents; business development, growth, and history. The neighborhood is now shifting away from industry and into a place for families and young professionals to grow. The Cardinal Building has office space for rent in Queens with three-stories of 60,000 RSF.

The recently renovated building includes a rooftop deck and a private outdoor garden patio. Aside from our on-site amenities, The Cardinal Building works directly with New York City to offer our clients tax breaks, rent credits, and other incentives for businesses looking to grow outside of Manhattan. Long Island City is one of the fastest-growing neighborhoods, and we want the Cardinal Building to be at the forefront of this transition.

The Cardinal Building provides convenient onsite parking and direct access to all major transit platforms. The vibrant and fast-growing neighborhood offers restaurants, bars, cafes, venues, galleries, shopping, and waterfront parks.

Our office space is a short walk to the 7, G & Long Island Railroad trains but also has onsite parking. The Cardinal Building is in the heart of Long Island City in Hunter’s Point. Our office spaces are close to Michelin-star restaurants, riverside parks, and art museums. We want the professionals in our building to have a 360-balance of work-life, outdoor city “getaways,” accessible shopping, and great nightlife. Acquired in early 2018 by the Kaufman Organization, 21-01 51st Avenue is being renovated into a loft-style office property with retail opportunity on the ground floor.
